The apartment is not suited for guests with limited mobility since it is on the second floor in a building without elevator.

The apartment is centrally located in the city of Lisbon, in Rua Arco da Graça, a quiet street close to the Moniz Square and the historic areas. The subway is a 2 minutes walk away.

Fantastic flat. Myself and another Italian friend of mine had the pleasure of staying for almost 6 months in this property taking advantage of all the comforts it has to offer. The flat lends itself perfectly to be used by two people (in our case Erasmus students), providing a good living space for both of us. The location is perfect in a quiet street within walking distance of the green metro, which makes it easy to reach the main points of interest. You will also have the pleasure of meeting Robert who will welcome you and meet all your requests with kindness and friendliness. Absolutely recommended!
